There are currently spaces on both our Aerospace and Offshore Wind public-funded programmes. Please see the details below of how to apply.
We are always keen to hear from ambitious companies who want Sharing in Growth’s help to improve their competitiveness. We would therefore welcome Expressions of Interest from companies with a turnover of at least £10M and who meet our eligibility criteria.
Companies are expected to match in kind – rather than cash – the value of the benefit they receive. For example, each participating company has an agreed training plan tailored to their individual needs. The Regional Growth Fund (RGF) pays for the training while the company’s “cost” is the value of the time of individuals participating in development or training. To date this private sector contribution is valued at over £100 million.
A typical three-year programme is anticipated to be around £900,000 of funded training and development, which would be matched by the participating company’s in-kind contribution.
Please send your Expression of Interest form to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01332 269096.
The Sharing in Growth Offshore Wind Programme is a long-term advanced activity which will support UK companies who are already working in the offshore wind sector requiring focused support or strategic input to enhance their future direction and growth opportunities.
SiG will work with selected companies to understand current leadership and organisational practices and embed proven approaches to drive organisational improvements.
Companies participating in the SiG OW Programme will need to be ambitious and aiming to accelerate growth, with an existing site turnover of between £5m – £100m per annum.
It is highly recommended to arrange a 1-2-1 with Sharing in Growth to discuss the programme and how it can help achieve specific company objectives. Please email OWGP to find out more and arrange a meeting (email@example.com).
The programme will be accepting applications on a rolling basis.
