At Sharing in Growth, our commitment to diversity is at the core of our values and business philosophy. We believe that a diverse workforce enriches our company culture, fosters creativity, and drives innovation. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where employees of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and perspectives are not only welcomed but celebrated. We actively promote diversity through our recruitment and hiring practices, and ongoing training initiatives. By embracing a diverse and inclusive workforce, we aim to not only reflect the diversity of our global community but also ensure that our company remains dynamic and adaptable in an ever-evolving world.

Sharing in Growth is committed to promoting gender balance and we are proud founding signatories of both the Women in Aviation and Aerospace and the Women in Defence Charters. Our activity is being led by Business Transformation Executive Ashlea Finn who is also a Steering Board Member of the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter.

In line with the ’30 by 30′ campaigns of both charters, Sharing in Growth have set a target to increase the number of female candidates interviewed for SiG roles to be 30% of the total number of all interviewees by 2030, (2025 actual 32%), which we will report on annually.
