In order to measure our success, and continuously deliver a high quality service to our customers, we annually conduct a survey to gather their thoughts and opinions on us as a supplier. Over 97% of our customers rated us as good or excellent in quality, communication, and delivery in our most recent customer survey. From the latest respondents we received a Net Promoter Score® of 64, meaning the majority of clients will actively promote and recommend us as a service provider for business transformation.
