Our next STAR Day will be held at the NOV Fluid Motion Solutions site in Manchester. During the day, members of the NOV team will share their journey on improving their quality systems deployment, changes they’ve made to their problem-solving methodologies, and how they have implemented proactive quality conformation. Delegates will get to participate in a go-look-see activity where they will see how, with the support of the SiG team, they are developing as a business and taking on the challenge of maintaining quality standards within a business growth environment.

In the afternoon, Sharing in Growth will facilitate a workshop on our collective experience of common issues currently being faced by NOV and attendees, regarding the topics of Supplier Quality Management and Supplier Monitoring, with the objective of everyone gaining additional insight into how best to address these issues going forward.
