Since joining SiG in November 2017, Oxley has delivered a 25% increase in productivity, secured over £10 million in new business, and expanded its reach into four new international markets. More than 100 employees have been upskilled, leadership capability has been significantly strengthened, and lean manufacturing has been embedded across its Ulverston site – all contributing to a sharper, more resilient operation.

Backed by expert support in business strategy, operations, governance, and people development, Oxley has embraced a culture of continuous improvement to drive real, measurable change.

“Oxley has a proud heritage and a clear vision for the future,” said Malcolm James, CEO of Sharing in Growth. “Their partnership with Sharing in Growth demonstrates the power of investing in people and capability to unlock performance and deliver sustainable growth. Oxley is a great example of how British manufacturing can lead the way with innovation, resilience, and ambition – and we’re proud to have been part of their journey.”

The future looks bright for Oxley. We are building on our traditions of self-sufficiency and innovation, underpinned by a clear growth strategy that empowers our people to meet the evolving needs of our global customers.
