Sharing in Growth launches new online learning tool

The new online learning platform will support the onsite coaching at the heart of the company’s business transformation intervention.

The Learning Hub is fully integrated into Sharing in Growth’s redesigned website. Making it easily accessible and for the first time, publicly visible.

The learning platform was trialled with our Aerospace clients, and has now been developed and expanded to cater for all other clients in their growth sectors.

The platform has been designed with user-experience at the core, categorising content into 6 key learning topics: Business Strategy and Business Development, Engineering and Quality, Finance and Cost, Operational Excellence, People and Leadership, and Supply Chain. Each section has an overview of the importance of the topic to business improvement, and what content can be found in each area.

What content is available?

Clients of Sharing in Growth can access all materials. This includes: the best practice teach points, standard process templates and tools, course content and principles from our training partners, and much more.

New content will be added to the learning topics regularly, some of which will be publicly available, giving any organisation access to valued materials for free.

SiG continues to invest in ever improving ways of overcoming business challenges. The Learning Hub will be integral to sharing their practices.

Andy Page, CEO, said:

“The new learning hub is an investment that creates a powerful digital platform for Sharing in Growth. It will help our clients to access and use training and coaching material more effectively, increasing the speed and impact of their business transformation.”

Not just for senior leaders

In addition, the SiG Team Leader Academy course material has been configured for online access in the Learning Hub. The academy is a 6-month training course for operational team leaders employed by SiG’s clients. Working through a syllabus of 10 modules, supported by one-to-one coaching back at their sites with SiG’s expert coaches.

The online content will make it easy for delegates to access copies of their training materials, and revise the content to utilise in their day job.
