About the awards

The Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards celebrate the resilience, innovation and creativity that define the UK’s business community, from ambitious startups to established brands. The awards have grown year on year since launching during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the initiative brings together a prestigious community of British business leaders to share their stories.

What this nomination means

Being selected as a finalist is an important milestone for Sharing in Growth and reflects the commitment of our team, partners and client businesses over the last decade. It also recognises the success of the manufacturers who have embraced change, invested in capability and worked with us to achieve transformational growth.

Since 2013, SiG has worked with engineering and manufacturing companies across sectors including aerospace, defence, renewables and advanced engineering.  Through intensive business transformation programmes, leadership development and operational excellence initiatives, SiG has helped manufacturers increase productivity, win new business and strengthen their position in global supply chains.

The awards ceremony will take place on 10th November at Grosvenor House Hotel in London. While we look forward to the awards ceremony in November, reaching the finalist stage is already a significant achievement and a testament to the impact our team and client businesses continue to make across UK manufacturing.
