We run our academy on a demand fulfil basis, however we endeavour to give three-months’ notice of a full schedule of training dates to allow businesses to manage resource effectively.


We also offer an Academy PLUS package, which includes one-to-one coaching with Sharing in Growth experts to support delegates in implementing learning back into their businesses in the most impactful way.

How does it work?
The course runs between 8.30am to 5.00pm (timings subject to change) over 11 days, during a six-month period.


What is the entry-level requirement?
There are no entry-level qualifications required to join the academy. All you need is a hunger to learn and a commitment to action what you have learned.


What does it include?
You will gain access to valuable materials, receive world-class instruction from top training providers, and become part of a network of like-minded leaders.


What is the certification?
Delegates who attend all the Team Leader Academy training days will receive a certificate of attendance. This award from Sharing in Growth is independently endorsed and widely respected throughout the manufacturing sector.


Who will be delivering this programme?
Delivered by endorsed Sharing in Growth training partners and coaches, the sessions will combine presentations, peer-to-peer discussions, group activities, and interactive learning exercises to ensure the experience is energetic, thought-provoking, and professionally relevant.


What if I miss a session?
Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to the booking terms and conditions. We understand that life can sometimes interfere with training, so if you inform us in advance, we will do our best to reschedule missed sessions for the next available intake.
